  • Creativity in Learning Solutions: You are skilled in crafting engaging and effective learning interventions tailored to adult learners in a sales environment.
  • Critical thinker and proactive problem solver: Work in a self-directed fashion but will lean into opportunities to collaborate to improve project outcomes. Pay strong attention to detail and manage time well. Demonstrate accountability and ownership over work. Drive innovation and system-wide improvement
  • Leadership and Collaboration: You possess the ability to lead projects and collaborate across teams to deliver high-quality enablement resources.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a knack for explaining complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner. Collaborate with internal and cross-functional teams to design and develop successful learning and cultural solutions in the medium that works best for the end-user (e.g., e-learning, instructor-led training, just-in-time resources, supplemental graphics, or interactions).
