Jenzabar is looking for a Senior Account Executive, Service Lead who will serve as the main liaison between our clients and our internal teams, ensuring the successful execution of all campaigns. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver, able to work independently, and has exceptional customer service skills.
Essential Tasks
- Lead, mentor, and support a team (pod) of project managers.
- Maintain a high-level oversight of team’s production schedules and campaigns
- Report on team project risks and issues, and successes
- Report to management on training and mentoring team members may benefit from
- Drive continuous improvement and knowledge sharing across the project management team.
- Work with AVP of Client Strategy and Services to establish and refine project management standards and best practices.
- Traffic all campaign efforts to appropriate channels by adhering to strict production schedules
- Manage projects for high-profile customers, find effective solutions for issues that arise, and deliver
- error-free finished products
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly and quarterly initiatives to internal and external
- stakeholders and prepare reports on account status
- Understand and meet the needs of each client’s brand and represent their messaging accurately and
- memorably
- Other duties as assigned
Preferred Skills and Experience
- 4+ years of relevant professional experience required
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
- Excellent understanding of Microsoft products (Word and PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills – including presentation skills
- Proven ability to manage a team of project managers
- Ability to maintain effective working relationships fellow team members, employees, and management
- Must be organized and detail oriented
- Proven ability to maintain a high standard of confidentiality and autonomy
- This person will show strong attention to detail skills as well as the ability to work collaboratively and independently.
- Proven self-motivation to take initiative and master new tasks quickly
The pay range for this position is $65,000-69,350/year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, geographic location, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for an annual bonus in addition to a full range of benefits.
