Senior AI Platform Specialist Full Description

Ellucian, which powers innovation for higher education with an AI-powered platform serving approximately 3,000 customers across 50 countries, is hiring a Senior AI Platform Specialist to help operate and grow its enterprise AI capabilities.

Responsibilities

Supports administration of enterprise AI platforms, including user access, licensing, configuration, and feature enablement
Partners with IT, Security, Procurement, Legal, and business teams on rollout and adoption of AI capabilities
Creates high-quality documentation, knowledge articles, enablement materials, and communications for technical and business audiences
Supports platform integrations, automation opportunities, and operational improvements across the AI ecosystem
Analyzes adoption, utilization, licensing, and costs to measure business value and optimize AI investments
Develops reusable processes, templates, and guidance that improve consistency and scalability

Qualifications

3-7 years of experience working with enterprise technology platforms or business-critical solutions
Working understanding of enterprise systems, including identity, access management, integrations, APIs, and data flows
Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem
Experience working within enterprise security, privacy, and compliance requirements
Excellent written communication skills, including executive-ready presentations and documentation
