Position Overview
The Senior Associate, Learning will enhance the onboarding experience for new hires by delivering the learning programs and collaborating with subject matter experts to develop e-learning modules on compliance and operational processes. The role, reporting to the Director, Organizational Development and Learning, will manage the Learning Management System (LMS), track completion rates, and ensure resources are up-to-date. Working closely with internal clients, the Senior Associate will ensure high-quality service delivery that aligns with organizational goals. This position emphasizes personal and professional growth, allowing you to engage in continuous learning and development while impacting our overall employee experience.
Pay Range: $110,124 - $123,165. This represents the present low and high ends of the Foundation’s pay range for this position. Actual pay will vary based on various factors, including but not limited to experience.
Work Schedule: This role is on a hybrid work schedule, and required to be in the office on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Deliver the in-person onboarding program for newly hired staff in the United States, enhancing communication strategies and streamlining workflows.
- Implement 30- and 90-day evaluations to continuously improve the new hire experience.
- Work closely with internal subject matter experts to design, develop, and evaluate comprehensive on-demand modules.
- Drive organizational learning, planning, and budgeting processes. Analyze program applications, enrollments, and registrations for learning initiatives. Report on the effectiveness, quality, and completion rates of key Organizational Development and Learning initiatives, including employee engagement, goal setting, and performance management.
- Drive the daily administration of the Learning Management Tools, coordinate in-person events, monitor and enhance completion rates, and ensure learning libraries are regularly updated to reflect current resources.
- Oversee the Human Resources SharePoint site, ensuring all staff have access to essential resources and documentation.
- Design and create tailored e-learning paths in LinkedIn Learning and other platforms that cater to the diverse skill development needs of staff. Promote offerings and drive increased usage of learning programs and platforms.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the Foundation’s goals, issue areas, and strategic initiatives, aligning your work to support these objectives.
- Foster and maintain strong partnerships with internal clients, ensuring the delivery of high-quality professional services that support business strategies and plans.
- Actively engage in personal and professional growth through assessment and development planning, as well as formal and informal training and coaching opportunities.
- Provide specialized advice, practical applications, and effective solutions to address challenges and resolve issues as they arise.
Education, Experience, and Skills
- Generally expected to have 5 years of relevant professional experience, preferably with curriculum development, instructional design, video editing, e-learning software, and Learning Management Systems.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Strong and persuasive communication (written, verbal, presentation).
- Analytical and data-oriented decision-making skills.
