Senior Director, HR (APAC) Full Description

The Senior Director, HR (APAC) serves as a key strategic HR leader, driving HR strategy and business partnership across the Asia-Pacific region in close alignment with the CHRO and regional HR peers, while partnering directly with C-level and executive leaders on organizational effectiveness and talent management.

Responsibilities
  • Partners with Global Success Hub site leaders to develop a unified success hub framework spanning organizational structure, benefits, compensation, recruitment, and talent branding.
  • Drafts and implements HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks for KnowBe4's international entities.
  • Works with the CHRO International, local HR teams, and Legal to manage complex employee relations matters, including disputes, disciplinaries, and grievances.
  • Oversees compliance for employee contracts, bonuses, pensions, and required filings across the region.
  • Oversees a team of HR Directors and Managers, identifying opportunities to enhance the employee experience.
  • Represents the company at mediation, arbitration, conciliation, and litigation proceedings as required.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • Minimum 10 years of human resource leadership experience, including operational and strategic HR across multiple countries.
  • Fluent in English, with thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations across the APAC region.
  • Proficiency with HRIS and talent management systems, plus Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Ability to travel to locations across the APAC region and the US office on a 1-2 yearly basis.
