BARBRI, Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join the Financial Planning & Analysis team. Reporting to the Director, FP&A, this role will be heavily involved in accounting and finance processes including month end close, budget, and forecast. This individual will also provide relevant, accurate and timely reporting to internal and external stakeholders. The Senior Financial Analyst will collaborate with business partners across the enterprise to understand their business and provide analytical decision support. Key to the success of this position will be the ability to deliver reporting and financial analysis while providing key insights and recommendations.

Dallas area – hybrid with 2 days in the office

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform product-level revenue reporting as part of the monthly close cycle.

• Prepare reports and presentations for management on a weekly and monthly basis.

• Using Adaptive, manage monthly operational reporting processes.

• Perform Administrator duties within Adaptive Planning.

• Partner with individual business units to provide financial support and analysis.

• Perform ad-hoc analysis as required to support business needs.

• Support all aspects of the forecast and budgeting process.

• Develop and maintain financial models as needed to support business operations.

• Assist with the development of KPI dashboards and other reporting needs for the organization.

• Effectively communicate and present results of analysis with recommended courses of action.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Minimum Education and/or Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA a plus.

• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance or related financial analysis roles.

• Hands-on experience with Adaptive Insights strongly preferred and NetSuite experience a plus.

• Advanced Excel skills in addition to experience with PowerPoint and Word.

• Strong financial acumen with demonstrated analytical ability

• Experience in reporting and analysis including financial modeling, building and reporting using dashboards and standard reports

• Strong communication and collaboration skills with a track record of partnering across functional teams

• Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy with ability to meet deadlines

• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a continuous improvement mindset
