Working closely with the ESI Academy Leader, Technical Trainers, OrgDev Program Managers, and operational leaders, the Senior Learning & Development Specialist establishes the standards, frameworks, and production practices that allow the Academy to scale training quality and consistency across craft, technical, safety, and operational domains.
