Core Responsibilities  

Campaign Ownership:
  • Lead strategic marketing initiatives focused on Adults and Adult occasions, including significant franchises like Star Wars.
  • Oversee campaign development and execution for theatrical releases and IP campaigns.

Audience Focus:
  • Manage marketing strategies targeting Adults, ensuring effective budget allocation and tracking against KPIs.

Innovation Ownership:
  • Spearhead the development and execution of innovative marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate on T&L specialty projects, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals.

Process Ownership:
  • Ensure thorough tracking of campaign performance metrics, including weekly performance reviews and the After Action Review (AAR) process.
  • Manage inputs for customer visits and IP relationships to enhance campaign effectiveness.

Key Meetings:
  • Actively participate in important meetings such as IP connects to represent marketing initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Amazon Ads Relationship:
  • Act as the main point of contact for specific Amazon Ads initiatives, including Amazon US & CA and Amazon Ad Tech
  • Collaborate with the Amazon LATAM relationship lead and Amazon AM lead on campaign-specific strategies

The Senior Marketing Manager will support the Amazon AMS marketing and media strategy by overseeing Amazon campaigns and managing Intellectual Property (IP) relationships. This role is essential for driving innovative marketing efforts and ensuring alignment across various strategic priorities.

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, especially programmatic advertising.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously with a focus on results.

  • Previous experience working with Amazon Advertising, or related media offerings a major plus

Compensation
The salary for this position has a range of $124,706.00 - $187,060.00 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of benefits, will be communicated upon finalisation of the employment offer.
