This is a rare opportunity to sit at the center of one of the most recognizable partnerships in sports. As a Senior Marketing Manager - Olympic and Team USA Partnership, you'll serve as Guild's lead relationship owner across USOPP and the Olympic ecosystem, managing executive-level stakeholders, shaping LA28 strategy, and driving sponsorship activations that connect Guild's mission to a global audience.

As a Senior Marketing Manager you will own:

Relationship Management (USOPP & Olympic Ecosystem)

  • Serve as Guild’s primary point of contact for USOPP and Olympic ecosystem stakeholders
  • Own day-to-day partnership management and long-term strategic relationship development
  • Drive executive-level engagement with key stakeholders across Team USA and LA28
  • Ensure alignment across legal, brand, communications, events, and executive teams
  • Identify and unlock incremental value within the Olympic ecosystem (athletes, governing bodies, sponsors, affiliates)

Marketing Activation 

  • Lead end-to-end sponsorship activation strategy across digital, social, storytelling, events, and executive engagement
  • Develop and execute flame-to-flame activation plans leading into LA28
  • Translate sponsorship rights into measurable commercial impact
  • Partner closely with Brand, Comms, Field Marketing to deliver high-quality activations
  • Ensure cohesive narrative and visibility across key tentpole moments (e.g., Milan, LA28 milestones, athlete initiatives)

LA28 Strategy & Agency Management

  • Define Guild’s long-term LA28 strategy, including positioning, investment pacing, and activation roadmap
  • Clarify role ownership and cross-functional governance for Olympic efforts internally
  • Lead agency evaluation and sourcing (as needed) to support activation scale
  • Develop a multi-year strategic plan that aligns Olympic investments with Guild’s enterprise growth objectives

Qualifications:

  • 6-10 years of experience in sports marketing, brand partnerships, or sponsorship strategy
  • Experience working within or alongside the Olympic ecosystem strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex, high-visibility partnerships with multiple stakeholders
  • Proven ability to design and execute integrated marketing activations tied to sponsorship rights
  • Executive presence and comfort engaging C-suite leaders and external partners
    Strong commercial instinct -  able to translate sponsorship into tangible business value
  • Experience navigating matrixed organizations and leading cross-functional alignment
  • Agency management experience strongly preferred

We are committed to equal pay for equal work and believe in compensation transparency. All salary ranges are standardized nationwide and will not vary by region. This role offers a competitive total compensation package, including a base salary of $125,000 - $150,000 PLUS variable (bonus) compensation eligibility and stock options. Compensation offered will be based on a combination of factors such as experience, competencies, and internal equity.
