How Will You Make an Impact?
Your day-to-day contributions will drive real, measurable outcomes across the business:
  • Lead end-to-end analysis of business and IT processes from requirements gathering and functional/technical design through implementation, testing, and training
  • Solve complex business problems by identifying root causes and applying best-practice solutions using influencing, negotiation, and change management techniques
  • Partner with Business Leadership to translate strategic needs into actionable technology solutions with clear business benefits
  • Serve as a trusted Oracle advisor, providing expert guidance on best practices, system optimization, upgrades, patches, and enhancements
  • Build AI-enabled extensions using Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS), Redwood UI, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), BI Publisher, OTBI, and OCI services
  • Proactively manage risk by alerting project managers to potential issues before they become blockers
  • Deliver clear reporting on system performance and project status to stakeholders across the organization

Experience & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent
  • Oracle Technical Analysis - 5–6 years, including requirements workshops, functional/technical design documentation, and aligning technology with strategic business goals in large global organizations
  • Oracle EBS Support 2+ years in application support and management (R12 preferred; 11i acceptable)
  • End-to-End Implementations- 2+ successful full-cycle implementations of Oracle SaaS Fusion Cloud or Oracle EBS R12
  • Procure to Pay Modules- 5–6 years across Procurement, Self-Service Procurement, Supplier Portal, Sourcing, Purchasing, Accounts Payable, Tax Management, General Ledger, and more
  • Reporting & Dashboards- 5–6 years developing custom reports using OTBI, BI Publisher, and similar tools
  • Technical Proficiency- 5–6 years with REST API, JSON, Oracle Cloud extension frameworks, SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Apex, and related technologies
  • Oracle AI & Modern UI- 2+ years with Oracle Embedded AI, Oracle AI Agent Studio, Redwood UI, and Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS)

Preferred Experience & Skills
  • Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (Gen 3 preferred)
  • Oracle Certified Professional or equivalent Oracle certification
  • Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, and ServiceNow
  • Experience implementing Oracle Digital Assistant
  • Familiarity with Oracle Guided Learning / Guided Journey
  • Experience with Zuora RevPro
