Who you are:
  • (Required) A strategic thinker with 5+ years of progressive HR/People & Culture experience, including at least 3 years as a business partner or senior generalist.
  • (Required) Experienced in supporting managers and leaders through employee relations, performance management, organizational change, and team effectiveness.
  • Deeply knowledgeable in HR best practices, employment law, and people operations fundamentals.
  • Proactive and independent, with the ability to manage multiple high-impact initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Skilled at navigating change, influencing outcomes, and supporting teams with varied needs.
  • Grounded in strong judgment, discretion, and a coaching mindset; able to thrive in dynamic or ambiguous situations.
  • An excellent communicator who can convey complex information clearly to stakeholders at all levels.

What you’ll do:
  • Serve as a strategic partner to assigned business groups, leading workforce planning, organizational development, and key P&C initiatives.
  • Execute strategic People & Culture initiatives that support organizational goals and long-term effectiveness.
  • Provide high-level P&C support, guidance, and coaching to leadership, managers, and key stakeholders.
  • Lead complex HR projects and introduce innovative approaches to improve processes, systems, and employee experience.
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation while aligning policies with industry best practices.
  • Build trusted, productive relationships with leaders, managers, and employees across the organization.
  • Use strong judgment, critical thinking, and empathy to address nuanced and complex HR matters.
  • Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, across all levels of the organization.
  • Travel as needed.
