About the Position
The Senior Recruitment and Operations Associate is a critical team member of the People Team. The focus of the People Team is to provide an employee-first, equity-driven experience for employees. The Senior Recruitment and Operations Associate will work in partnership with People Team colleagues to help us find the right people for the right roles, and support our internal operations total rewards program. This role is ideal for a Human Resources Generalist.
Responsibilities
Recruitment
- Develop, facilitate, and implement efficient, effective, and innovative recruiting and selection methods.
- Write and post job descriptions on relevant platforms, including social media.
- Screen resumes and manage candidates throughout hiring processes, from interview preparation to final-offer negotiation.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to create customized recruitment and selection approaches that are consistent with Digital Promise's values.
Operations
- In partnership with the Deputy Chief of People and Culture and the Senior People and Culture Associate, develop and improve efficient and effective HR processes.
- Support responding to employee benefits-related questions, escalating as appropriate.
- Provide administrative support to the People team.
- Support the People & Culture team with employee benefit open enrollment, renewal, audits, and invoicing.
- Provide support to the Senior People and Culture Associate in the preparation of semi-monthly payroll reconciliation, including reporting, data entry, and auditing
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment and human resources operations
- History of excellent internal customer service and strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Exercise good judgment within defined procedures and practices
- Experience using ATS and HRIS systems; experience with Rippling is a plus
- Experience developing and managing HR processes and resources
- PHR certification preferred

Working Conditions
Digital Promise Global is a hybrid organization. The position is primarily working in a remote environment. Employees are expected to travel at least twice a year for in-person meetings and the annual staff retreat. Additional travel may be required based on role and responsibilities.
Physical/Sensory Demands: Fast-paced working environment. Extensive computer usage and online engagement & communication. Must be willing to build inclusive relationships and collaborate with employees at all levels within the organization and external partners.
Special Provisions: Occasional work outside normal business hours, such as weekends and evenings required.
For external candidates, this role is term-limited to 18 months with an opportunity to extend.
Compensation
We consider candidate experience and location when determining where a candidate may fall within that range. Digital Promise Global offers a competitive total rewards package including coverage of 85% of health insurance premiums for employee coverage and 75% of health insurance premiums for dependent and family coverage, 15 vacation days, 12 sick days, 3% 401k employer contribution, 3% employer 401k match, and a flexible work environment
The full-time salary range for the position is based on geographical regions, with exact salary depending on relevant experience.
California: $89,275 - $97,152
DC Metro Area & NYC: $81,159 - $88,320
National: $73,043 - $79,488
