  • Provide advising and support to prospective students, families, educational personnel, and recruitment staff.
  • Use university constituent relationship management systems for communication and engagement.
  • Required: Bachelor's degree, four years of related experience, strong communication and public speaking skills, and ability to travel extensively (up to 12 weeks annually).
  • Preferred: Master’s degree, multilingual skills, experience in higher education admissions or academic advising.
  • Compensation target range: $68,299 to $92,205 annually, with a robust benefits package including health care, tuition waivers, retirement plans, and paid leave.
  • Reports to Vice President Enrollment Management within the Admissions department; requires significant regional travel and periodic campus visits.
