THE OPPORTUNITY:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Revenue Systems Manager to serve as the primary administrator and strategic partner for our revenue technology stack. This role is critical to ensuring our sales, customer success, and marketing teams have the tools, data, and workflows they need to drive efficient revenue growth. You will own the technical operations of our core revenue systems while partnering closely with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and enable data-driven decision making.

YOU WILL:
System Administration & Management
  • Serve as primary administrator for Salesforce, including user management, configuration, customizations, and data governance.
  • Manage and optimize Gong for conversation intelligence and revenue insights.
  • Administer Outreach.io for sales engagement and sequence automation.
  • Configure and maintain Chili Piper for meeting scheduling and lead routing.
  • Oversee customer success platforms (Gainsight/ChurnZero) for health scoring and retention workflows.
  • Manage PandaDoc for contract and proposal automation.

Strategic Partnership & Analytics
  • Collaborate with Revenue Operations leadership to define system requirements and roadmap.
  • Evaluate new tools: assess new technologies to enhance team productivity, efficiency, and insights.
  • Partner with sales, customer success, and marketing teams to understand business needs.
  • Build custom reports, dashboards, and analytics to support revenue operations and maintain company metrics and KPI reporting.
  • Support revenue forecasting and pipeline management initiatives.

Process Optimization & Automation
  • Design, build, and maintain automated workflows across the revenue tech stack.
  • Create and optimize lead routing, opportunity management, and customer lifecycle processes.
  • Develop and implement data integration strategies between systems.
  • Establish and maintain data quality standards and hygiene protocols.

User Enablement & Support
  • Provision and manage user access across all revenue systems.
  • Partner with enablement teams to create training materials and conduct system training sessions.
  • Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for end users.
  • Document processes, workflows, and system configurations.
  • Serve as subject matter expert for system capabilities and best practices.

Security & Compliance
  • Implement and maintain SSO integrations and security protocols.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and company security policies.
  • Manage user permissions and access controls.

YOU HAVE:
  • 5+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or similar roles.
  • 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience (Salesforce Admin certification required).
  • Proven experience with sales engagement platforms (Outreach, SalesLoft, etc.).
  • Experience with conversation intelligence tools (Gong, Chorus, etc.).
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Strong project management and process optimization skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to business stakeholders.
  • The ability to communicate and collaborate cross-functionally with sales, customer success, marketing, and operations.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills - you identify problems before they become blockers.
  • Strong attention-to-detail in both data accuracy and system reliability.
  • Experience in EdTech and with SaaS.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced venture-backed startup environment.

BONUS:
  • Salesforce Advanced Administrator or Platform App Builder certification
  • Knowledge of marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot).
  • Experience with data integration tools (e.g., Zapier).
  • SQL knowledge and experience with data warehousing.
