Job Description:
Mollie Konopka – Sr. Director, EPMO Strategy, Transformation & Governance

- She leads Wesco’s digital transformation efforts
- Her team is responsible for tactical facilitation training tied to deployment activities
Training Focus
- Training Wesco teams on new applications, primarily in the operations space:
- SAP
- Pricing systems
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Procurement tools
Team Structure & Growth Plan
- Current team includes:
- Mollie
- 3 effective trainers
- Goal is to scale the team to 18–20 trainers
- Sourcing mix includes internal hires, full-time employees (FTEs), and contingent workers
- Breakdown of sourcing strategy is still being determined
Deployment Scope
- Total of 900 site deployments planned
- Only 4 deployments completed so far
- Full rollout expected to take 2.5 to 3 years
Compensation
- Salary midpoint is approximately $95K
- Full salary range needs to be confirmed from the official job posting
Workflow & Responsibilities
- Trainers are assigned to specific sites
- Responsibilities include:
- Understanding site-specific capabilities
- Tailoring training scripts to each site’s needs
- Conducting 1-week training sessions:
- System demos
- Hands-on training
- Coaching (focused on UAT and Production environments)
- Providing post-deployment support:
- Hypercare
- Retrospectives
- Post-mortems
- Feedback and training adjustments for leadership
Travel Expectations
- Approximately 25% travel required
- First 2 years will involve domestic travel only
- Potential for international travel after that, but not a current priority
Work Location & Model
- Target metro areas:
- Pittsburgh
- Chicago

- Orlando
- Current work model is remote
- Transitioning to a hybrid model (2–3 days/week in office)
