Description
Minimum qualifications:
- 2+ years of learning design and/or learning development experience
- Up to 25% domestic travel as needed
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects with competing priorities and deadlines
- Proficiency in creating learning experiences across multiple delivery modalities including e-learning, instructor-led training, and blended learning approaches
- Proven ability to align learning and development initiatives with organizational objectives and business outcomes
- Demonstrated experience in developing leadership curriculum and designing experiential learning activities
- Strong collaboration skills with experience working across cross-functional teams including subject matter experts, facilitators, technology partners, and business stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
- Proficiency in Articulate 360 (Rise and Storyline)
- Proficiency in Photoshop
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
- Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
- Reliable, punctual attendance is a crucial function of the position
Qualifications
About the job:
The Senior Staff Representative - Instructional Design position is responsible for designing and developing learning interventions, including instructor-led and eLearning courses using Instructional Systems Design (ISD) Methodology. Manages the design of training resources needed to effectively train frontline leaders of the organization.
Core accountabilities / key responsibilities:
- Updates instructional guides and reference materials. Propose improvements to curriculum content and delivery, communication, and documentation processes.
- Subject matter expert support for training content design and project implementation
- Perform Learning Management System administration, including session management, audience visibility, participant enrollment, and assessments
- Provides technical and procedural support for training subjects and issues
- Apply learning principles and instructional design frameworks (such as ADDIE to create scalable, high-impact curricula that drive behavior change, accelerate leadership pipeline growth, and align with organizational sterategy.
- Supports assessment and evaluation steps of the ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate) process through survey creation and administration.
- Ensure compliance with training requirements
- Provides written summaries of training classes, including notes on individual student performance
- Drafts communications plans and programs for key initiatives
- Design and develop leadership development programs, including instructor-led training, eLearning modules and blended learning experiences that build core leadership competencies across all levels of the organization
The base pay range for this role is $81,795.00 to $106,602.00.
The base salary range/hourly rate listed is dependent on job-related, factors such as experience, education, and skills. This position is also eligible for bonus and/or long-term incentive compensation awards.
