Highlights
Serve as the initial point of contact for customer technical issues via phone, email, and chat.
Diagnose problems, research solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction through follow-up.
Escalate high severity issues while coordinating resolution communication.
Document all customer interactions and troubleshooting steps in the case management system.
Collaborate with software development teams to report defects and recommend improvements.
Participate in software and hardware testing to assess usability and performance.
Create and maintain knowledge base articles for internal and customer use.
Must have 2+ years of technical support experience, preferably in a SaaS software company.
Required proficiency with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and CRM platforms.
Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience required; bachelor's degree in a technical field preferred.
