Position Overview
As a Senior Quality, Training and Innovation (QTI) Specialist, you will be a virtual part of a clinical oncology/hematology environment with the opportunity to impact the future of clinical research and improve patients’ lives, while growing professionally at a dynamic, fast-growing, start-up organization.

The Senior Quality, Training and Innovation (QTI) Specialist plays a key role in advancing the quality, training, and implementation efforts of the Virtual Physician Partner (VPP) team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring consistent documentation quality, supporting scalable onboarding and education programs, and helping implement tools and workflows aligned with organizational goals.

This position requires strong cross-functional collaboration and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset. The Senior QTI Specialist works independently on complex tasks, partners with technology and operations teams, and directly supports the clinical and operational readiness of VPPs.

This position is remote within the United States.

Role Objectives and Responsibilities
-Build, execute and continuously improve audit processes to assess documentation quality and identify trends.
-Analyze audit trends to proactively identify root causes and develop resources, trainings, and/or tools to address them
-Lead QTI initiatives that improve documentation accuracy, automation, or workflow efficiency.
-Lead the development, improvement, refinement and maintenance of training materials, SOPs, and job aids that support onboarding, ongoing education, and implementation.
-Collaborate with cross-functional partners (e.g., Operations, Tech, Network Services) to build new documentation tools, workflows, and innovations; and support the implementation and adoption of those tools within the VPP organization.
-Lead and see-through innovation working groups to test and optimize QTI tools and/or resources
-Offer valuable strategic insights and data-driven recommendations to inform the decision-making process for ancillary projects. 
-Analyze data, conduct research, and assess project outcomes to ensure alignment with the overall strategic direction of the organization.
-Act as a liaison across teams to align quality and training initiatives with operational and clinical needs and priorities.
-Coach peers and contribute to team-wide capability building and quality culture.
-Lead programs that contribute to strategic planning, new initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts.
-Additional duties and responsibilities as required. 

Education, Experience, Behavioral Competencies, & Skills
-5+ years of experience in quality and training process and initiatives.
-3+ years of experience in clinical documentation, oncology support, clinical research, or related healthcare environments strongly preferred.
-Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience required.
-Demonstrated ability to lead projects, mentor others, and influence process improvements.
-Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and contribute to long-term team goals.
-Thinks strategically while delivering consistently high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
-Familiarity with GCP and clinical research protocols is a plus.
-Proficiency in EHR systems and digital health platforms; adaptable to new technologies and tools.
-Maintains high standards for accuracy, completeness, and context.

Pay Information
The expected salary range for this position is $113,000 and $138,000. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. N-Power Medicine (NPM) offers equity at hire as well as a discretionary annual bonus which may be available based on Company performance. This position is eligible for company benefits.
