Overview:

The Simulation Education Coordinator supports the educational mission of the Clinical Simulation Center by managing Standardized Patient (SP) training and performance tracking, coordinating staff development, and assisting with faculty simulation training. This role ensures alignment with best practices and standards set by the Society for Simulation in Healthcare (SSH).

Located in Henderson, Nevada, approximately twenty-five minutes from the iconic Las Vegas strip, Touro University Nevada is a non-profit medical, health sciences, and education graduate university focused on positively impacting our community in healthcare and education. Occasionally serve as an instructor or co-facilitator for simulation-based training sessions.

3. Faculty Training and Support

Lead initial and annual faculty training sessions on simulation best practices, including scenario design, prebriefing, debriefing, and assessment.
