Missouri State University is hiring a Simulation Operations Specialist for the McQueary College of Health & Human Services Simulation Center. The specialist leads a team to manage and execute simulation activities, maintains and troubleshoots simulation equipment, and collaborates with IT and vendors to resolve technical issues ensuring high-quality simulation experiences.
Highlights
Lead and support simulation technicians while planning and executing simulation activities
Provide technical support and collaborate with IT and vendors for issue resolution
Install, maintain, and troubleshoot simulation technology including networked manikins and audiovisual systems
Operate and maintain high and low fidelity manikins, task trainers, and simulation management software
Required proficiency in communication, technical troubleshooting, and teamwork
Minimum qualifications: high school diploma or equivalent, preferred bachelor's degree, and three years of relevant experience
Annual salary of $46,556 with a 10-month appointment (August - May)
Position housed in McQueary College of Health & Human Services Administration
Must be authorized to work full-time for any U.S. employer; no visa sponsorship offered
Exposure to moderate environmental noise and routine handling of equipment over 50 pounds
