Job Description

The AMS Activation Team is a part of the larger Global Social Media and strives to build a stronger LEGO Marketing Value Chain and increase our effectiveness and efficiency across the globe.

Our vision is to continue to reach, recruit and retain new audiences and retain existing fans, through engaging content and conversations on the native platforms they use.

Core Responsibilities
  • Support the team with ongoing briefs and content executions of platform first, audience specific creative across major all major social media platforms such as Instagram, Tiktok, YouTube, and SnapChat
  • Keep on the pulse of social conversations and advocate for ways to help the LEGO Group stand out
  • Identify trending content opportunities
  • Manage and maintain day-to-day needs such as: asset management, working with publishing, updating content calendars
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with key teams such as Community Management, Creative, Brand Marketing, Product Groups, and Paid Social
  • Track and analyze social media performance and competitor analyses and deliver actionable insights
  • Champion the Brand and social best practices

Do you have what it takes
The ideal candidate brings several years of experience from a global company ideally with:
  • Experience in social media marketing for a consumer facing brand
  • Expertise in social media tools and platforms
  • Deep understanding of platform algorithms, short form and long-form content, and how to connect with different audiences
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross functionally
  • Excellent project management, time management, and organizational skills
  • Data driven and committed approach
  • Passion for storytelling, connecting with different audiences and social media

Nice to have:
  • Thrives in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to take initiative and think outside of the box
  • Previous experience with Sprinklr, Opal, and other social media tools is a bonus
  • Social Media Agency and/or influencer management experience is a plus

Compensation
The salary for this position has a range of $66,019.00 - $99,029.00 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of benefits, will be communicated upon finalisation of the employment offer.
