How you'll contribute to our mission
As a Solution Architect II, you will help school districts navigate complex decisions with confidence by translating their needs into clear, thoughtful solution strategies. Your work ensures that educators not only understand what Frontline offers, but how those solutions can meaningfully improve outcomes for students, staff, and communities.
In this role, you will partner closely with sales leaders, product teams, and fellow Solution Architects to guide high-impact opportunities. You will bring structure to complexity, elevate conversations with district leaders, and help shape how Frontline delivers value across its platform.
How you'll drive success
• Lead the solution strategy for complex, multi-solution opportunities, helping districts connect their goals to a cohesive and scalable approach
• Guide deep discovery conversations that uncover operational needs, align stakeholders, and clarify long-term priorities
• Design and deliver tailored demonstrations that highlight real-world impact, measurable outcomes, and meaningful improvements
• Facilitate workshops, working sessions, and executive discussions that bring clarity to complex challenges
• Partner with sales teams to shape pursuit strategy, strengthen positioning, and navigate competitive evaluations
• Identify risks early in the sales process and guide teams toward thoughtful, well-aligned solutions
• Translate technical concepts such as integrations, data flow, and system design into clear, accessible insights for diverse audiences
• Collaborate with Product, Professional Services, and Client Success to ensure alignment between what is sold and what is delivered
• Contribute to shared approaches, tools, and best practices that improve consistency and quality across the Solutions Architecture team
• Use data and evolving tools to enhance preparation, refine messaging, and improve how opportunities are evaluated and supported
• Mentor Solutions Architect I team members by sharing knowledge, providing feedback, and supporting their development
What you bring to help us grow
• Experience in presales, solutions architecture, or technical sales roles within SaaS, education technology, or enterprise environments
• Strong understanding of K–12 workflows and how districts evaluate and implement technology solutions
• Ability to lead discovery, align solutions to customer needs, and support complex, multi-stakeholder evaluations
• Confidence presenting to both technical and executive audiences, with clear and engaging communication
• Understanding of system design concepts such as integrations, data structures, and workflow alignment
• Experience supporting large or strategic opportunities with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
• Ability to balance multiple opportunities while maintaining attention to detail and quality
• Experience mentoring or supporting the development of other team members
• Willingness to travel as needed to support key engagements

Compensation & Benefits
Competitive compensation range of $100-110,000.00 with OTE $20,000.00 aligned to experience and role scope, including incentive opportunities where applicable.
