How you'll contribute to our mission
As a Solutions Architecture Strategist, you will operate at the highest level of technical and commercial influence within Frontline’s presales organization. This is a senior individual contributor role designed for a strategic thinker who thrives in complex, enterprise-level environments.

You will guide our most significant district and state opportunities, helping education leaders envision transformation across student systems, ERP, HCM, financials, special programs, and platform solutions. Your work will shape how districts operate, how leaders make decisions, and ultimately how schools better serve students.
 
Partnering closely with Sales, Product, and executive leadership, you will bring clarity to complexity, architect scalable solution strategies, and elevate the entire Solutions Architecture practice nationwide.
 
How you'll drive success
Architect end-to-end solution strategies for complex, multi-solution and multi-department enterprise opportunities.
• Advise Strategic Account Executives, regional leaders, and national sales directors on evaluation design, competitive positioning, deal structure, and executive messaging.
• Lead advanced discovery sessions, executive workshops, and blueprint engagements with district and state leadership teams.
• Craft executive-level narratives that clearly communicate transformation, return on investment, operational efficiency, compliance assurance, and long-term impact.
• Strengthen presales methodology by refining discovery frameworks, demo standards, qualification processes, and solution design approaches.
• Develop reusable assets such as demo journeys, solution maps, persona-based narratives, and industry-specific scenarios.
• Translate competitive and market intelligence into differentiated win strategies across Student, ERP, HCM, and operational domains.
• Synthesize insights from evaluations, pilots, and win-loss patterns to inform product direction and go-to-market positioning.
• Ensure readiness for major launches, integrations, and enhancements through structured enablement and field alignment.
• Mentor and coach Solutions Architects on advanced discovery, executive storytelling, architectural thinking, and value articulation.
• Represent Frontline as a strategic thought partner in executive meetings, industry engagements, and conference settings.

What you bring to help us grow
• Six or more years of experience in presales, solutions architecture, sales engineering, or comparable technical-commercial roles.
• Deep expertise across multiple education or SaaS solution domains such as student systems, ERP, financials, HCM, special programs, or related platforms.
• Demonstrated experience designing complex, enterprise-level solution architectures and leading high-stakes evaluations.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence decision-making at superintendent, CFO, CIO, HR, and cabinet levels.
• Experience shaping presales frameworks, building repeatable methodologies, and elevating technical teams.
• Exceptional facilitation, communication, and workshop leadership capabilities.
• Strategic thinking skills with the ability to identify patterns, anticipate risk, and design scalable solutions.
• Comfort collaborating across Product, Professional Services, Customer Success, Support, and Sales.
• Willingness and ability to travel 10 to 20 percent as needed.

Compensation & Benefits
This role offers a competitive compensation range of $120-$130,000.00 with OTE of $160-170,000.00 aligned to experience, skills, and territory scope. Account Executives are eligible for performance-based incentive compensation in addition to base salary, along with comprehensive health benefits, 401(k), and other programs designed to support your well-being and financial future.
