The Specialist of Design & Production plays a crucial role in developing creative marketing campaigns for our university partners. Reporting to the Art Director, this position is a cross-functional, collaborative role responsible for executing on creative assets for multiple brand identities.

As our Specialist, Design & Production, you will be responsible for:
- Visual Design: Produce high-quality visual assets for a range of marketing collateral, including digital ads (Facebook, LinkedIn, Google), brochures, webinar decks, and social media content. Assist in designing layouts that are visually engaging and optimized for various platforms, audiences, and accessibility.
- UX Design: Support the design of user-centered digital content with an understanding of hierarchy, readability, and user flow. Help maintain and expand program-level design systems in Figma to enhance usability and accessibility.
- Design Production: Prepare final production files for both print and digital distribution, ensuring all specifications (resolution, color profile, bleed/margins, etc.) are met. Adapt core design concepts into multiple formats and sizes as needed for paid media or organic marketing campaigns. Apply best practices in responsive design, ensuring assets are optimized across devices and platforms.
- File Management and Organization: Develop and follow internal naming conventions and documentation processes for creative assets and ensure all project files are correctly labeled, archived, and accessible for cross-functional teams. Proactively manage updates to asset libraries, templates, and style guides.
- Collaboration and Communication: Coordinate with internal stakeholders such as Art Directors, Copywriters, Editors, UX Strategists, and Project Managers to complete projects. Take part in creative reviews, team meetings, and strategy sessions to give and receive feedback that improves the final product.
You have:
- 3-5 years of relevant previous experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent certifications/experience
- Experience with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, InDesign)
- Working knowledge of G Suite Applications (Docs, Slides, Sheets)
- Experience with illustration and/or video production is a plusExperience successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously with a solutions-oriented mindset and strong attention to detail
- The ability to think creatively with a desire to continue learning new skills
- The ability to work effectively in dynamic, rapidly changing, team-based environment
