Specialist, Geo Marketing - ELL Mexico

Role Objective

Implement and execute ELL marketing strategies in Mexico, ensuring effective local adaptation, alignment with sales and distributors, and measurable impact on pipeline and revenue.

Role Description

The Specialist, Geo Marketing - ELL Mexico is responsible for the local implementation of marketing initiatives for the English Language Learning (ELL) portfolio, ensuring that global and regional campaigns are effectively adapted and executed within the Mexican market.

This role works closely with sales teams, distributors, assessment, and regional marketing teams (Brazil and ROL), ensuring consistent, timely execution aligned with commercial business objectives.

The position has a strong focus on execution, cross-functional coordination, budget control, and performance tracking.

Responsibilities

Campaign Implementation and Execution

  • Adapt and implement global and regional campaigns in the Mexican market.

  • Execute local launches of ELL products and solutions.

  • Coordinate channel activations with distributors.

  • Ensure availability and proper deployment of commercial materials.

  • Coordinate participation in industry events and educational fairs.

  • Oversee field execution of marketing initiatives.

Commercial Alignment and Sales Support

  • Work directly with the sales team to ensure campaign alignment.

  • Support demand generation and sell-in initiatives.

  • Coordinate actions with strategic distributors.

  • Identify improvement opportunities based on sales feedback.

KPI Tracking and Budget Control

  • Monitor key campaign performance indicators (leads, MQLs, influenced pipeline).

  • Track results and prepare monthly performance reports.

  • Manage assigned budget and optimize investment.

  • Recommend improvements based on performance analysis. Operational Management and Coordination

  • Develop creative briefs for local materials.

  • Coordinate with Creative Services and external vendors.

  • Manage timelines and deliverables.

  • Utilize tools such as Salesforce, Marketing Cloud and project management systems.
