How can you make an Impact? 

As the Senior Director of Platform and Customer Experience, you will be responsible for leading the strategy and execution of higher education platform marketing efforts and driving long term and large-scale company initiatives across the portfolio of products. This is a remote position open to applicants within the United States and requires up to 25% travel for the year.

What you will be doing:

  • Developing and driving the overall platform marketing strategy for higher education; ensures alignment of messaging across the higher education portfolio.
  • Leading the development of a comprehensive Customer Experience program, including management of our Net Promoter Score program and “customer delight” aspects of our go to market approach.
  • Leading a team of senior marketing professionals who span the breadth of the company portfolio, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture.
  • Partnering directly with senior leaders from the portfolio, platform, sales, and customer success teams to foster strong collaboration between to ensure a unified approach to market positioning and customer satisfaction.
  • Utilizing data-driven insights to inform the development of state-of-the-art tactical marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Providing insights to enhance product features and increase customer usage and retention
  • Developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns to generate leads, enhance platform brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and increase existing customer retention and delight
  • Partnering with Platform Owners and Central Marketing on customer testimonials and impact marketing need
  • Collaborating with Customer Success training team on training plans, sales tools and customer support

You should apply if:

  • You have a Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business or related field MBA from a top tier university (preferred)
  • 12+ years of experience in B2B Product Marketing with a focus on sales enablement and GTM strategy development and execution
  • 6+ years’ experience in leading a team of product marketers
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with proven success in working across functions and campaign strategy ownership.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, marketing automation and project management systems.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Marketo and Asana (preferred)
  • Experience with Customer Success and Customer Experience marketing (preferred)

The pay range for this position is between $100,000 - $175,000 annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location. An annual bonus plan may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical and/or other benefits, depending on the position offered.
