Highlights

Provide analysis, design, configuration, testing, and support for PeopleSoft HCM and related HR/Benefits/Payroll third-party systems.
Manage full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) activities from requirements gathering to post go-live support and reporting.
Collaborate with HR managers, staff, IT services, central offices, and customers to address system needs and enhancements.
Develop and maintain small to medium departmental databases and produce HR compliance and management reports.
Required advanced troubleshooting skills and excellent verbal and written communication.
Preferred experience includes Higher Education environment, PeopleSoft or similar ERP systems, enterprise issue-tracking systems (ServiceNow preferred), data analysis, and Learning Management Systems (Cornerstone preferred).
Education requirements: Master's degree with 1-2 years’ experience, or Bachelor's with 2-4 years’ experience, or equivalent combination.
Full-time permanent position with a hiring salary range between $98,307 and $110,371 annually.
100% remote work arrangement requiring residence in North Carolina within reasonable commuting distance.
A sign-on bonus of $7,000 is available, subject to eligibility criteria and university policies.
