The Senior Inside Sales Consultant serves as a trusted advisor to an established portfolio of customers, partnering with schools to successfully adopt, expand, and maximize the value of digital learning solutions. You'll build and strengthen relationships with existing customers, gaining a deep understanding of their goals, challenges, and evolving needs. Through consultative conversations and strategic account management, you'll identify opportunities to enhance the teaching and learning experience, increase customer adoption, and drive long-term customer growth and retention. This role combines customer relationship management, solution consulting, and account expansion to deliver meaningful outcomes for customers while fostering lasting partnerships.

What you'll do here:
  • Owning print renewals and identifying top print opportunities each quarter for digital conversion.
  • Proactively engaging with customers via health check-in calls to understand their needs and uncover digital courseware opportunities.
  • Conducting sales demos using our digital content platforms like CIMA and ExamReady.
  • Growing accounts through quarterly check-ins, assessments, sales pitches, demos, and strong closings.
  • Handing off converted digital accounts to the Customer Success Manager.

Skills you will need here:
  • 3-5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or educational technology implementation.
  • Proven track record to lead onboarding and training programs for institutional clients.

The full base pay range has been provided for this position. Individual base pay will vary based on work schedule, qualifications, experience, internal equity, and geographic location.  Sales roles often incorporate a significant incentive compensation program beyond this base pay range.$25.00 - $30.00 USD
