Location: Hybrid, downtown Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania

Responsibilities:

Work collaboratively with Contact Center partners such as team leaders, supervisors, quality assurance partners and fellow training counterparts to understand and prioritize learning needs.
Design, develop, and facilitate learning programs (both classroom and virtual) for new hire onboarding and continuous employee development.
Create learning assets and resources that provide ‘just in time’ support to team members.
Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback and performance metrics.
Regularly review and update learning content to reflect changes in policy, process, or technology.
Synthesize qualitative and quantitative data to share the impact of learning programs on both learners and the department.
Storm roles as appropriate to the role and skillset.

Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Communication or a related field required.
Proven experience of four or more (4+) years in learning and development required.
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word required.
Experience in learning platforms such as Articulate Rise, Articulate Storyline preferred.
Experience using the Adobe Creative Cloud is a plus.
Knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.
