Job summary:
Randstad Digital is seeking a demo design contractor to support our client with their demo platform, Walnut. This role would live under Sales & Partner enablement and have a dotted line to their Solutions Engineering team.

Responsibilities:
- Ideate, design, and build interactive, user-friendly product demos using our technology platform that aligns with specific use cases, such as sales presentations, member guides, and marketing promotions.
- Collaborate closely with the product management, marketing, operations, sales, and client services teams to understand product features, updates, and target audience requirements.
- Customize educational materials and demos to address the unique needs and preferences of different stakeholders, including prospects, clients, partners, members, and internal teams (for training purposes).
- Tailor demo experiences to specific buyer personas; highlight features and capabilities most relevant to those personas
- Continuously update and enhance existing educational materials and demos to incorporate new features, improvements, and industry best practices.
- Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure the functionality, usability, and reliability of the demos.
- Provide training and support to sales representatives, relationship managers, and other relevant teams on effectively utilizing demos and storytelling during presentations and driving positive customer interactions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to enhance the effectiveness and competitiveness of our product demos.
Qualifications:
Randstad is especially interested in candidates with qualifications and skills including:
- 3-5+ years of experience in instructional design or learning experience design, ideally in a SaaS or product-focused environment.
- Proven track record of creating interactive and engaging learning materials (e.g., demos, simulations, walkthroughs).
- Experience designing self-paced, interactive learning experiences (not just slides or PDFs).
- Ability to translate complex product features into simple, user-focused learning content.
- Ability to create hands-on product demos or simulated experiences that showcase product value.
Skills:
- Experience with demo environments, sandbox tools, or interactive product tours (like WalkMe, Pendo, Storylane, Navattic, or similar).
- Familiarity with LMS, LXP, or customer education platforms.
- Comfort working with Figma, Lottie animations, or light HTML/CSS/JS.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
- Strong storytelling and copywriting skills - able to script demo flows that are engaging and value-driven.
- Attention to visual design and user experience in educational content.
- Experience with product-led growth or sales enablement initiatives.
- Understanding of user journey mapping or experience design thinking.
