Blackbaud is looking for a Sr Manager, Growth Marketing who's passionate about using data to drive exceptional customer experience and accelerate growth, specifically for our YourCause Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) platform. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of identifying opportunities, designing experiments, and implementing strategies to build predictable and sustainable new customer acquisition across all segments, from SMB to enterprise. This role will have two direct reports. The trio will work cloesly together to define and execute growth strategy. What You'll Do: 
As a Sr Manager and Growth Marketer for YourCause CSR, your key responsibilities will include: 

  • Build & Optimize Growth Models: Develop and refine sophisticated growth models to drive sustainable new customer acquisition across all segments, including optimizing unique buying journeys from awareness to onboarding. 

  • Lead Data-Driven Experimentation: Champion a data-first approach, utilizing qualitative feedback and quantitative insights from tools like Adobe Analytics and Qlik to design, execute, and analyze experiments that optimize lead generation and conversion rates. 

  • Lead, strategize, and execute: Lead and engage a small team in next level growth strategy. Working alongside each other to execute.

  • Develop Nurturing & Conversion Strategies: Create compelling content and implement strategies to effectively nurture leads and support the sales team in converting prospects into loyal customers. 

  • Innovate Acquisition Channels: Explore and identify new, scalable acquisition channels that naturally attract qualified prospects to our platform across all segments. 

  • Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely within a pod-like structure across product marketing, demand generation, marketing operations, and digital media teams for seamless, aligned execution. 

What We're Looking For: 
We're looking for someone who fits this description: 

  • 7-10 years of experience in growth marketing or similar roles within a SaaS/software environment, with a strong understanding of B2B acquisition motions across various segments, from SMB to enterprise

  • Proven experience operating in a cross-functional, pod-like team structure, successfully collaborating with various marketing, executive and product stakeholders. 

  • Experience leading/ managing a team while executing critical business strategy.

  • Obsessive about understanding customer psychology and translating those insights into actionable strategies that move prospects through their buying funnel. 

  • Deep analytical skills with hands-on proficiency in data analysis tools such as Adobe Analytics and Qlik, along with Excel, to interpret complex marketing, sales, and customer data. 

  • Demonstrated success in designing and executing A/B and multivariate tests, driving measurable improvements within a sales cycle. 

  • Talented copywriter and content marketer with the ability to craft compelling narratives that engage and convert prospects at different stages of their buying process. 

  • Results-oriented mindset with a strong understanding of ROI, excited by aggressive goals, and the challenge of solving tough, previously unsolved problems related to accelerating the sales cycle across segments.
