How can you make an impact?
Reporting to the Director of Marketing, Connect, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sr. Platform Marketing Manager to inform and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies for Connect, our innovative and market-leading flagship platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement integrated marketing campaigns, enhance customer engagement, drive digital growth, and elevate the voice of the customer to influence the developmental roadmap.
This is a remote position open to applicants authorized to work for any employer within the United States. It requires up to 25% travel yearly, such as attendance at customer events, on-site meetings, trade shows, and annual sales meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Platform Marketing Leadership: Alongside the Director of Marketing, Connect, develop and execute the overall marketing strategy for Connect, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs.
- Integrated Campaigns: Design and implement creative, multi-channel marketing campaigns to generate leads, build awareness, and promote customer retention.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: work closely with product marketers, product owners, sales, and customer success to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Platform Ambassador: maintain brand integrity and ensure that platform branding and messaging is consistently represented and resonates with its target audience.
- Go-to-Market Execution: Lead cross-functional efforts to launch new features, tools, and initiatives, ensuring alignment across product, sales, customer success, and marketing teams.
- Sales Enablement: Develop internal and external training resources to support sales enablement and product usage; provide sales support to internal and external customers.
- Voice of the Customer: Act as the voice of the customer to influence the developmental roadmap, resulting in the enhancement of product features and increased usage.
- Change Management: Prepare and support internal and external stakeholders through transitions such as software changes, new workflows, and tool replacements.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage customer data and analytics to inform marketing strategies, track campaign performance, and optimize efforts to achieve measurable outcomes.
- Market Research and Trend Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor campaign performance and platform adoption metrics, providing actionable insights to optimize marketing strategies.
What You Can Bring to the Role:
- 4+ years of experience in B2B Product or Platform Marketing, with a focus on GTM strategy development, sales enablement, and campaign execution
- Proven experience launching new products or initiatives in the market
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and storytelling skills, with a track record of successful cross-functional collaboration and ability to translate technical features into customer benefits
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Familiarity with CRM tools, marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo), and project management systems (e.g., Asana)
- A creative and curious mindset, with the ability to prioritize and execute marketing objectives to grow market share, promote customer retention, and drive revenue
- Ability to travel up to 25% for customer events, trade shows, and internal meetings
- Proficiency in analytics tools and platforms to measure campaign success and user engagement.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation and Benefits The pay range for this position is between $94,000.00- $130,000.00, however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
