How you'll contribute to our mission
Frontline Education is seeking a Sr. Technical Recruitment Partner to help us build the teams shaping the future of education. In this role, you will go beyond filling roles. You will partner closely with leaders to understand team priorities and bring in the talent that drives consistent, meaningful progress.
You will play a key role in hiring technical talent while also contributing to broader talent initiatives that strengthen how we attract, engage, and grow our teams. This is a fast-paced, performance-driven environment where strong judgment, follow-through, and partnership matter. By combining relationship-building, business insight, and thoughtful use of tools and data, you will help deliver hiring outcomes that are both efficient and human-centered.
How you'll drive success
• Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles, from intake through offer and close
• Partner with hiring managers as a trusted advisor, shaping clear hiring strategies, expectations, and candidate profiles
• Build and maintain high-quality talent pipelines aligned to ongoing and future business needs
• Deliver consistent, high-quality candidate experiences grounded in clear communication and follow-through
• Use data and insights to guide decisions, improve efficiency, and strengthen hiring outcomes
• Stay competitive in the market by refining sourcing strategies and outreach approaches
• Support hiring across teams as needs evolve, stepping in where your expertise adds value
• Lead or contribute to recruiting and talent-related projects that improve processes, tools, and team effectiveness
• Collaborate closely with recruiting teammates to balance priorities and drive shared success
• Champion inclusive hiring practices that create fair and equitable opportunities for all candidates.
What you bring to help us grow
• At least 5 years of experience in technical recruiting within a fast-paced, performance-focused environment
• A track record of successfully hiring for competitive or hard-to-fill technical roles
• Experience partnering with hiring managers to guide hiring decisions and influence outcomes
• Strong ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining consistency and quality
• Experience contributing to recruiting projects or process improvements
• A collaborative, team-first mindset with a willingness to step in and support where needed
• Confidence using recruiting platforms, sourcing strategies, and data to inform decisions
• Experience in SaaS or technology-driven organizations is preferred

Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range: $75,000–$110,000 per year, based on experience, skills, and internal equity.
Bonus eligibility, 401(k) match, and comprehensive health benefits.
