We are on the lookout for a Senior Sales Programs Manager with a focus on critical thinking to lead the development, execution, and optimization of impactful sales initiatives across the organization. This role involves acting as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, fostering alignment between sales strategy and execution, and mentoring sales leaders to enhance their performance. The perfect candidate will offer a blend of critical thinking, operational excellence, and leadership mentoring to drive growth and improve sales efficiency.

What You'll Do Here:
  • Strategic Leadership & Execution
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to define and implement strategic sales initiatives aligned with company goals.
  • Lead cross-functional programs that improve sales efficiency, streamline operations, and boost customer engagement.
  • Develop and manage enterprise account planning frameworks and go-to-market strategies.
  • Sales Enablement & Coaching
  • Provide ongoing mentoring and advisory support to frontline sales managers and senior sales leaders.
  • Champion change management efforts for new methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Track benchmarks and sales performance data to identify gaps and drive continuous improvement.
  • Team Management
  • Lead and mentor two direct reports responsible for content creation, training delivery, and tactical execution.
  • Ensure alignment between strategic goals and enablement content, tools, and training programs.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Collaborate with Sales Operations, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to ensure cohesive execution of sales programs.
  • Encourage the use of sales support platforms and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Highspot, Gong).

Skills You'll Need Here:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in sales enablement, operations, or program management within SaaS, technology, or education sectors.
  • Proven track record in spearheading strategic sales initiatives and mentoring sales leaders.
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.

Preferred:
  • Experience with instructional composition or adult learning principles.
  • Experience with sales support platforms and CRM systems.
  • Ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.

The full base pay range has been provided for this position. Individual base pay will vary based on work schedule, qualifications, experience, internal equity, and geographic location.  Sales roles often incorporate a significant incentive compensation program beyond this base pay range.$102,000.00 - $132,000.00 USD
