Job Summary | The STEPS Academic Scheduler plays a key role in academic course scheduling, enrollment planning, and data reporting within the College of Arts & Sciences.
Responsibilities include:Auditing and entering course schedules using the university’s SAP system Maintaining instructor assignment records Assisting with course change processing and approvals Preparing and analyzing enrollment data using tools such as Tableau and Excel to support course planning
Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, strong attention to detail, and a high level of organization and problem-solving are essential.
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities | Experience with university scheduling software, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft teams is desirable.
