Physical Requirements | Position requires prolonged periods of sitting, computer use, screen viewing, and repetitive motion related to keyboarding and mouse use. Occasional standing, walking, lifting or carrying light materials, and participation in meetings may be required.
Shift | 40 hours a week; Flexible, typically M-F 8am-5pm
Job Summary | There are two openings for the STEPS Instructional Designer (IDs). The IDs will:

Ability to organize course content, develop instructional materials, follow templates and workflows, communicate effectively with faculty, manage multiple projects, and maintain accurate documentation.

Preferred Education/Experience | Master’s degree in instructional design, educational technology, curriculum and instruction, higher education, adult learning, or a related field preferred.
