Our Benefits team is seeking a motivated individual to provide critical support to our Unemployment department. This position plays an essential role in delivering high-quality service to employees, managers, and external partners, while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in all interactions.

What You’ll Do:

Serve as a primary point of contact for unemployment-related inquiries via phone and email. Draft clear and professional communications, including emails and letters, to provide guidance and information to both internal and external stakeholders. Enter and maintain data in SAP and other systems with a high degree of accuracy. Research and gather information to support unemployment claims, ensuring compliance with applicable policies, laws, and regulations. Reconcile quarterly unemployment billing from the Kentucky Department of Unemployment Insurance. Investigate and resolve discrepancies in unemployment accounts and take corrective actions as needed. Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity.

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities  | What We’re Looking For:

Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent attention to detail and analytical abilities. Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks and priorities. Familiarity with SAP or similar systems is a plus. Knowledge of unemployment insurance processes or HR policies is helpful but not required.
