Job Summary/Basic Function
The Student Graphic Designer supports the College of Arts & Humanities by creating visual materials that promote college programs, events, and initiatives across all departments. This position offers hands-on experience in creative design and branding through the development of visual materials for events and initiatives throughout the College of Arts & Humanities.

Responsibilities:

  • Design print and digital materials including posters, flyers, social media graphics, brochures, banners, and event programs.

  • Collaborate with the college’s marketing and communications team to develop visual content that aligns with college branding and messaging.

  • Prepare files for both print and digital production.

  • Support promotional efforts for college-wide events, lectures, exhibitions, and performances.

  • Manage multiple projects while meeting established deadlines.
Required Qualifications
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
  • Strong visual design and typography skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Experience with photography, video editing, or web design is a plus.
