Job Summary  | This temporary position will primary be responsible for supporting the Office of the Registrar in validating current and past transcript data as the office moves to a new student information system. Additionally, this role will support administrative functions associated with this transition including, but not limited to, transcript archiving, data entry and data validation.

Hourly rate for this position is $19.00/per hour.
Education/Skills Requirements  | High School degree or GED equivalent required. Associate’s degree preferred.
Experience with computer data entry, Windows, and preferably Microsoft products including Word and Excel; accuracy with data entry and record keeping; ability to handle high volume of detailed work; interest in maintaining integrity of electronic and historical files; strong organizational skills, sensitivity and acceptance of the demands of confidentiality; ability to work independently and as part of a team; ability and willingness to work with a variety of people.
Experience Requirements and/or Equivalents  | A minimum of one year of data entry, word processing and/or filing experience, understanding of database systems, general office responsibilities, including previous work requiring communication skills.

Standard Work Days and Hours  | Standard administrative hours are 8:30am – 5:00pm. This is a temporary, part-time, non-benefit eligible position working less than 19 hours/week through the 2025-2026 academic year.
