Job Summary | The College of Arts and Sciences is seeking a Student Recruitment Director to support the aims of the college’s Enrollment Management unit. This position leads strategic, data-informed recruitment efforts for undergraduate, graduate, and professional programs. Responsibilities include analyzing enrollment trends, managing CRM platforms, and aligning recruitment initiatives with institutional priorities. The position oversees the Student Ambassador Program and supervises recruitment interns, while also collaborating on communication strategies, digital campaigns, and branding efforts. It acts as a key liaison across campus units to ensure a cohesive and effective recruitment process.
Overall, this position serves as a College of Arts and Sciences contact for prospective students, coordinates campus visits and events, and partners with internal stakeholders to enhance student applicant experience and recruitment yield.
