| Advertised Job Summary | The Student Services Director is a professional position in the South Carolina Honors College (SCHC) reporting to the Assistant Dean of Student Success. Honors College staff members should possess a wide-ranging intellectual curiosity and a commitment to working with high-achieving students. The Director supervises one full-time staff member and oversees student academic processes. The incumbent advises SCHC administrators on matters relating to student services programs, policies, procedures, and assessment. The incumbent manages the internal honors student database and coordinates all aspects of student records (including matriculation and graduation, generating reports, auditing, fee assessment, and GPA probation). The employee oversees accuracy, training and updates for the Honors College curriculum block in Degree Works. |
