Job Summary
ECTC is seeking a Director of Program Facilitation for the newest TRIO program, Upward Bound Math & Science (UBMS), at ECTC. The UBMS will focus on the following high schools: North Hardin, Nelson Co., Thomas-Nelson, LaRue Co., and Washington Co.

Job Duties:The new director is responsible for planning, developing, implementing, evaluating, and supervising the UBMS curriculum, summer academy, and other facets of the UBMS grant. The director will report to the Chief Student Officer. This is a federally funded grant that is eligible for renewal in 2027.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
• Facilitates the development and implementation of all aspects of the UBMS grant, such as the Summer Academy.
• Generates both long- and short-range strategies to serve the needs of high school students effectively.
• Creates student files for case management and develops IAPs in conjunction with students, parents, and high school personnel.
• Oversee the UBMS budget, including annual budget development, authorize expenditures, reporting, and procurement oversight. (may include the writing of future grant applications)
• Responsible for the recruitment, supervision, training, and evaluation of UBMS staff.
• Foster internal and external relationships with faculty, staff, administrators, and students with the college, affiliated high schools, and community partners.
• Maintain program data and track program goals and objectives.

Minimum Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field (education, leadership, math, science, business) and 4 years of experience, or equivalent (master's and two years of experience).
A driver’s license is required to lead outreach events in the community.
TRIO federal grant experience is preferred.
