Position Summary Information 
Job Description Summary  | The Student Technology Assistant provides customer service, administrative, and technical support for the Virtual Tech Hub and Educational Technology Services.

Responsibilities  | The Student Technology Assistant will provide support for Educational Technology Services to provide assistance and computer support for Chapman University faculty, staff, and student end users.
• Create charts and graphs from Excel and other data applications
• Create materials in Office 365 and/or Google Workspace
• Support technology training and consultations
• Create step-by-step instructions/documentation for faculty/students in various software applications
• Troubleshoot faculty/student issues with software platforms
• Other administrative duties or special projects as assigned

Required Qualifications  | Little to minimal prior experience. Ability to learn the support process. Familiarity with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office 365 Workspace. Able to work a flexible schedule.
