Manage engineer on-call lists and handle phone calls.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

QUALIFICATIONS AND CREDENTIALS
1-3 years of experience in IT or equivalent training. Experience within customer support.
Good verbal / written communication skills. Ability to follow complex verbal / written instructions. Ability to multi-task. CompTIA Network+/Security+ / MCSA/RHCSA / LPI Linux Essentials. Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Elasticsearch).
Completed a degree in IT or Computer Science-related field. Proficient with one or more scripting / programming languages (Python, Go, Java, Powershell). Familiar with containerization and CI/CD pipelines.
WORKING CONDITIONS
Work Hours: Operations Command Center - 24/7/365 - Broken out into 4 shifts per week:
7AM-7PM Sunday-Tuesday and every other Wednesday
7PM-7AM Sunday - Tuesday and every other Wednesday (Days denote the start of the shift)
7AM-7PM Thursday-Saturday and every other Wednesday
7PM-7AM Thursday-Saturday and every other Wednesday (Days denote the start of the shift)
Onsite work required.
