Shift | Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM-5:00 PM with some required evening, night and weekend hours.
Job Summary | The EMS Administrator manages and optimizes the Event Management System (EMS) for the university, ensuring smooth operation, system integrations, and user support. Responsibilities include overseeing configurations, troubleshooting, database management, and coordinating system updates. The role also involves creating technical documentation, delivering training, and implementing security measures in collaboration with IT and security teams. Additionally, the EMS Administrator leads system-related projects, manages vendor relationships, and ensures timely acquisition of necessary hardware/software. The position requires strong technical skills, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
