As a Talent Acquisition Operations Analyst at Bright Horizons, you will be a problem solver who enjoys working with talent related systems, data, and processes. Leveraging your end-to-end understanding of Talent Acquisition, you will provide insights to the entire Talent Acquisition team through the deployment of analytics including: expanding our dashboards at the business and recruiter level, progress reports, and industry insights. You will support training delivery on data management, reporting, and system projects as you collaborate across all levels of the organization.
This is a Remote position available in the United States. This position will work in Eastern Standard Timezone hours.

- Ensure integrity and accuracy of talent acquisition data through ongoing applicant tracking system (ATS) and candidate relationship management system (CRM) audits
- Compile metrics and reporting on recruiting activity, including vendor performance, recruiter performance, trends, and program results
- Manage an internal scorecard for all recruiting divisions and individualized recruiter score cards
- Develop vendor score cards to evaluate the effectiveness, quality, and retention by source
- Identify opportunities to enhance recruiting efficiencies, and drive operational excellence and standardization across the company or department
- Support the short- and long-term transition plans for the TA Operations team operational systems, tools, and processes across the organization to support the overall departmental transformation transition and standup activity
- Support system and process optimization sessions with vendors
- Partner with the HR Reporting & Analytics team to design comprehensive reporting and metrics to provide timely and actionable information for the TA team
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree Required, additional experience accepted in lieu of degree
- 1 year experience in a recruiting/HR Operations role required
- 2 years in a recruiting/HR Operations role preferred
- 1 year experience as a super user in an ATS, CRM and/or HRIS system (preferably as an administrator) preferred
- Demonstrated complex report writing
- Workday Recruiting knowledge preferred
- Excel skills required (including Vlookup, complex pivot tables, data blending, formulas); HTML/CSS coding experience a plus
- Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign), a plus

Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $65,000 – $75,000 annually. The pay range listed here is what Bright Horizons in good faith anticipates offering for this job opening. Actual compensation offers within this range will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education and training, certifications, geography, and other relevant business or organizational factors.

Also, depending on hire date and subject to applicable eligibility requirements and accrual schedules, new employees in this role receive up to: 9 paid holidays annually; 40 hours of sick time per year based on full-time schedule, and 80 hours of vacation time per year based on full-time schedule (vacation time may be used for sick leave purposes under any applicable state or local sick or safe time law).
