We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Total Rewards Analyst to join our HR team, specializing in the administration and analysis of employee benefits programs, with a focus on retirement plans (401(k), deferred compensation), Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) and financial wellness. This role will support the design, implementation, compliance, and communication of these programs to ensure they align with organizational goals and regulatory requirements. This is a Remote position available in the United States.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and ensure compliance of the 401(k) plan, including:
    • Annual non-discrimination testing
    • Audit coordination and Form 5500 filing
    • Investment committee meeting preparation
    • Payroll processing and reconciliation
  • Administer deferred compensation plan, including annual enrollment and communication
  • Manage and report on Health Savings Account (HSA) plans, including vendor coordination and employee support
  • Subject matter expert and key point of contact for complex issues/resolution
  • Manages vendor relationships and contracts
  • Participate in cross-functional projects related to Total Rewards and broader HR initiatives

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in benefit management, analysis and administration
  • Excellent and demonstrated knowledge of benefits administration, policies, procedures, practices, products, services and tools
  • Understanding of ERISA, IRS and DOL regulations and reporting requirements
  • Excellent project management skills, including ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize work to meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and planning and organization skills
  • Has the ability and/or experience collaborating with diverse teams
  • Clear and effective communication, both verbally and in writing, with various audiences
  • Adherence to relevant data protection laws, with appropriate discretion and sensitivity when dealing with confidential and/or personal information

Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $80,000 – $90,000 annually. The pay range listed here is what Bright Horizons in good faith anticipates offering for this job opening. Actual compensation offers within this range will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education and training, certifications, geography, and other relevant business or organizational factors.

Also, depending on hire date and subject to applicable eligibility requirements and accrual schedules, new employees in this role receive up to: 9 paid holidays annually; 40 hours of sick time per year based on full-time schedule, and 120 hours of vacation time per year based on full-time schedule (vacation time may be used for sick leave purposes under any applicable state or local sick or safe time law).
