Talent Partner Full Description

As a talent partner, you will pre-screen résumés for staff selection and forward qualified candidates along to departments determined by the staffing manager. You'll also pre-screen candidates, arrange and facilitate interviews, and evaluate candidates in collaboration with supervisors. Background and reference checks, new hire paperwork, and applicant file maintenance are part of everyday operations, as is collaboration with hiring supervisors to determine staffing needs.
 
In this role, you'll take part in recruitment fairs, conferences, and events, as well as write or edit job advertisements as needed. Among other duties, you will develop and maintain contacts with various organizations, agencies, and communities for recruitment purposes; determine the appropriate avenues for advertising open positions; and extend formal offers of employment. Throughout the applicant and hiring process, you'll also maintain the highest level of confidentiality for all human resources information.
 
The successful candidate has an exemplary record of developing recruitment strategies that drive overall business effectiveness.
 
Minimum Qualifications: 
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Ability to travel as needed
  • Three to five years of professional experience in human resources and recruitment, including with HRIS systems
 
Work Hours: The university work week is Sunday through Saturday. Most offices are open Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. To accommodate business needs, employees may be assigned to other workdays and/or hours, including weekends and evenings.
