| Job Summary/Basic Function | This part-time job is a great introduction to the technical field! Duties include computer desktop support, system monitoring, and a wide variety of technical support and troubleshooting tasks. Job training will be provided, so no previous technical experience is required. Applicants must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week. Shift schedules are flexible to work around class schedules, but applicant must be available to work shifts beginning at 7:30 AM M-F. Work-Study eligible preferred |

| Preferred Qualifications | Prefer past customer service experience and excellent computer troubleshooting skills. |
