Preferred Experience: 5+ years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or another related position. Experience with managing budgets and grants, purchasing supplies, obtaining services and planning and executing events for faculty.

Position Overview
Primary Purpose of Position | To support the administrative needs of the Center for Teaching Excellence.
Budget management, accounts reconciliation, Use of Aggeimart for purchasing supplies
Primary Function of Organizational Unit | To provide trainings, events and related programs for faculty on teaching.
Work Hours | M-F 8-5 pm
Is this position eligible for a remote or hybrid work arrangement, consistent with university and state policies. |
